Terms of Service

1. What Superfly is

Superfly helps you plan, write, schedule and publish social media posts, and analyze how they do, across the platforms you connect (currently X, Bluesky, Threads and LinkedIn). Many features use AI. Superfly is still being developed, so features may change, and some may be limited or removed.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You're responsible for activity in your account, including through AI assistants you connect to it.

3. Connecting your social accounts

When you connect a platform, you authorize Superfly to act for you on it: to read your profile, posts, metrics, replies and feed, and to publish the posts and replies you write, schedule or approve.

• You must follow each platform's own terms and rules, including those on automation, spam and authenticity. Superfly includes limits (such as daily reply caps) to help, but you're responsible for how you use your accounts.
• Platforms can change their services or restrict accounts at any time. Some connections go through third-party services: X through GetXAPI, using your X session, and LinkedIn through Zernio. We can't guarantee any platform's availability, or that a platform won't limit an account that uses third-party tools.
• You can disconnect a platform at any time in your profile's Settings.

4. Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it (including to the AI and platform services described in the Privacy Policy) only as needed to run Superfly for you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already published to a platform.

You're responsible for everything published from your accounts, including drafts written with AI. Only use sources (posts, documents, articles, images) you have the right to use, and don't publish others' work as your own.

5. AI-generated content

AI suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or unoriginal, and may resemble content written for others. Review every draft before it's published, and check facts against your sources. Nothing Superfly writes is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Superfly to:

• post spam, run fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts, or manipulate engagement;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone, or publish hateful, violent or sexually exploitative content;
• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
• break any platform's terms, or get around Superfly's limits;
• disrupt, overload, probe or attack Superfly, or access it other than through its app and published APIs;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Superfly, or use it to build a competing product.

7. Fees

Superfly is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the prices in advance, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Superfly and delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or create legal exposure, and will tell you when we can. Sections 4 (for published content), 5 and 9 to 12 continue after your account ends.

9. Disclaimers

Superfly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Superfly will be uninterrupted or error-free, that posts will publish at an exact time, or that you will gain followers, engagement or any other result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, followers or goodwill, including from actions taken by a platform on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim about Superfly is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnity

If a claim is brought against us because of content you published or your breach of these terms or a platform's terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Superfly after that, you accept the updated terms.
